They do it with ramps on the side of the road ASWEL sometimes, perhaps, the Council can not afford to set up so many flowers, so simple and get in touch anywhere ...
You numpty .... I can not imagine that someone died there!
That is simply not fun. One child died before 2 weeks, very close to me and his mother decorated the tree where his bike came to rest - which is obviously broken heart - very sad xx
There seems to be a place where someone's loved was dead, she felt the need to do something, so we placed wreaths and personal moments on the stage .. There is not one street away from me and the lamp still flowers, a pair of hit and killed a few years ago, but his family still bear flowers.
