Does anyone know of any cycling shoe covers that are truly waterproof? - reviews of waterproof beadboard

I am looking for a pair of shoes to affordable coverage, I need something that is truly waterproof, but I read many reviews that many "waterproof" boots say are water resistant to protect no more than a few minutes after the rain continues. Does anyone have any experience with a decent price boots keep your feet warm and dry for a few hours?

In cold weather, use a plastic bag in my socks in my shoes. It seems the ghetto, but works like a champ. I do not know how the shoes from neoprene almost nothing, so you should only if its really cold.

If the rain in the summer, do not worry. With my blood, sweat, and my shoes are soaked in a few hours, even if it does not rain.

Welcome Addison

Most manufacturers do not list your shoes or boots, because you need a hole in their support for the shoe. There are a lot of boots and covers here:

I only need the IP "Cali feet", because you just drag.

Are you ride a bike, or platform pedals? This would make a difference. Platform allows you to travel with a pair of regular Gore-Tex shoes or tennis shoes.

If you want a mountain bike or on the road clipless is truly waterproof, you need a little strength and a spray bottle of Campo Seco, Nikwax, impregnation or other things off. You can also use a plastic bag over it for theOT, before the boots.

Not really doing much, but the pants are waterproof. The water still seeps through the legs of the head, soaking his feet. The best thing we can expect when it rains and the cold is that your feet warm. If your bike is a good set of fenders (mudguards) is a long way to reduce splashing and keeps the feet go dry.

No boots can keep feet dry by itself. As the above seal around the leg or shoe against the background. Kept dry, the only real hope for your feet is a combination of waterproof trousers, boots and extended in a material, resistant to water to reach boots and stay dry in a plastic bag shoes socks damp the ground. This approach can keep your feet wet from the rain, but will probably take moisture from sweating.

In order to keep warm on your feet, do more with dressing has accordance with generally. To keep the heat, is a balancing act to maintain a warm temperature and low humidity of the skin. Becau hands and feet warm in the cold season is difficultYour body will automatically limit the bloodstream where the body cool. But for your body to the blood on the hands and feet in the cold season, which means that its nucleus should be hot - hot Overally to push - that your body to push the hot blood of more and more on ends for cool.

Again, there is a balance, because if your temperature is very hot, sweating is, after all, may cool as a rule. Then you need to evacuate layers to keep dry the skin. Without including all the details, you need a combination of layers to keep the body warm, dry and protected from the wind. With zippers and vents to maintain its temperature so that it is not too hot, but they are hot enough that your body is to circulate the bloodfree in their hands and feet.

For the feet wear socks. Can be isolated, even when wet, so if you are dressed warmly, even if their feet wet, they have some protection and warmth in May. Another technique that works, is easy to carry extra dry socks, so you can change mid-trip.

Dry and warm, not easy, and I doubt you will be a magical boots keep feet warm and dry in the rain can take a few hours, so that some alternative strategies.
