Chicken and corn
1 broiler / fryer, whole, with skin or raw, chopped
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, medium, chopped
2 fresh tomatoes, diced
1 bay leaf
1 / 4 c. Tea with dried marjoram
1 cup frozen sweet corn kernels, thawed
1 Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken and olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a plate
Fry 2 onions and garlic. Combine the tomatoes, bay leaf and oregano. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

I've also gotten rid of all sugar, Splenda diet drinks and wine. These are the only changes I made to control others as a part. I started with BG 1400, and my A1C is 13 March 09, and last week (May29th) ran my A1C went to another doctor, after 6.8, so portion control really works. I also went from 213 to 194 over the same period. As healthy eating and measure all their divisions.

Black Beans & Rice - Serves 10
. INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 / 4 cup raw rice
1 1 / 2 cups low-salt, low fat vegetable broth
1 tsp cumin
1 / 4 c. Cayenne Pepper Tea
3 1 / 2 cup canned black beans, drained
INSTRUCTIONS ..
1.In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil. Add onion and garlic and cook for 4 minutes. Add rice and cook 2 minutes.
2.Add the vegetable stock, bring to a boil, reduce lid, heat and simmer 20 minutes. Add spices and black beans.

Grilled Chicken with Herbs - for 9 Drop it to 2 pounds and leave the rest of it (unless you eat well in your family, LOL)
. INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons Italian parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1-1/2 c. Tea dried sage
4-1/2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil / 4 cup + 2 tablespoons tablespoons olive oil
3: 4 cup balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
2-1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast
INSTRUCTIONS ..
Season to taste 1.In a blender combine the parsley, rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix. Place chicken is poured into a porous glass container or bowl and marinade over chicken. Cover bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.
2.Preheat grill on medium to high oven for roasting a whole.
3.Remove chicken (remove the leftover marinade) and grill for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is tender and no longer pink inside.
