Horse Wallpaper Border My Wallpaper/ Walls Is Made Out Of Horse Hair, Should I Paint Over The Old Wallpaper?

My wallpaper/ walls is made out of horse hair, should i paint over the old wallpaper? - horse wallpaper border

Being an old house, was trying to sell my grandmother, but still old original wallpaper, my father did not take her case, said hard work and little money trying to fix home. Then I paint over old wallpaper? or should I try to take it off, but if I do that, what happens? We can not afford to destroy the wall, she tried to lose weight.

Depending on what was the wallpaper in the place you have big problems, is ... But is painted in many old houses with plaster. In our house we really have under the stain of paint and solvent glue and a knife scratching. I examine whether there areas where you can ruin a little, shoot without looking, to see what is lost as a result. It is likely that if a potential buyer comes and sees that they are investing in additional work, does not you can buy. Ask your real estate agent for many of them are experts in the organization, identifying the problem areas, then I do not draw on the screen when you put on the wallpaper you can paint. (Not sure if it would be great!)
